Processing time on all order is 2-3 business days. This is in addition to the in transit time which can take up to a further 3 business days for UK deliveries and 14 business days for International deliveries.
If you’ve not received your order within the estimated delivery times, please do get in touch with us within 30 days for all UK orders or 45 days for all international orders at orders@themindfulear.co.uk
When ordering goods online for delivery outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Regretfully I am currently unable to ship to Germany, due to me being unable to meet the standards of the German Packaging Act, which requires specific registrations and a certain type of packaging. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Hopefully as my business grows I will be able to meet these standards to be able to ship products to Germany.
